This is a physical globe with a rotating axis.Things I liked:- two tone colour- educational- to scale on circular globe (vs flat image on books etc)Overall, this makes a great educational learning tool for child and adults.

If you're looking for a globe for educational purposes, I suggest you look elsewhere because this one is really too small to be of much practical use ... except to remind you of which country is where and giving an accurate representation of their relative sizes (unlike flat maps) ... and you need fairly good eyesight to read the names.However, as a decorative piece, it's very attractive indeed. It's also quite well made and very reasonably priced. Recommended - with the above caveat.

This is a nice item. It is well made. It looks great on a shelf or desk top. It is also functional and is useful in showing exactly where all the countries are in relation to each other. The printing on the globe is small and legible. The pricing of £14.99 at the time of writing is very reasonable so a good purchase and fine for personal and gifting. Very happy and getting good use from this decorative and instructional item.
